Practical answers for streamers, moderators, and operators evaluating the current Sentriq release.

Can I use Sentriq today?

Yes, as a local or self-hosted system. The repository is private, so public availability depends on a tested release package being published for your operating system. The documentation describes the working source and clearly labels unfinished production work.

Which platforms are supported?

Twitch, YouTube Live, and Kick use official APIs. TikTok LIVE uses an assisted visible-chat companion because Sentriq does not extract cookies or automate login credentials. The signed bridge and adapter SDK provide bounded extension points for additional communities.

Does Sentriq automatically ban people?

No. Ban recommendations require a recorded moderator approval. Automatic policy can be bounded to lower-impact actions, while observe and review modes perform no unattended enforcement.

Is a risk score a probability that someone violated a rule?

No. It is a policy risk score assembled from configured signals. Sentriq does not present it as a calibrated probability unless a future classifier has been measured against suitable labeled data.

What does Sentriq store?

Depending on configuration, it stores moderation messages, decisions, bounded context, review cases, approval records, action receipts, OAuth grants, and optional community-safety signals. See Data collection for purpose and retention guidance.

Does Sentriq collect platform passwords or browser sessions?

No. Official integrations use OAuth. The browser companion reads configured visible chat elements and sends normalized fields to a tenant-bound loopback endpoint. It rejects unsupported sites and does not extract cookies, passwords, or session tokens.

Are similar usernames proof of a shared identity?

No. Similarity is a review aid only. It cannot establish that two accounts belong to the same person and must not independently trigger enforcement.

What should I do if setup stops working?

Open Troubleshooting and begin with connection state. Sentriq distinguishes an expired authorization, missing action permission, missing event subscription, waiting intake, and active event delivery.

Where can I report a problem?

Use the support route provided with the relevant public release. Never include OAuth tokens, assisted-ingestion secrets, platform cookies, or unredacted community evidence in a public report.
